AppField is a product developed and operated by Digitalia Studio. Digitalia Studio is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) of Mexico.

Our Android mobile app requires the following permissions to operate correctly:

  • Camera — to capture photo evidence of work performed
  • Location (GPS) — for real-time tracking of field technicians

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share information in the following cases:

  • For payment processing, which is handled by Stripe Inc., who may collect payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy available at stripe.com/privacy
  • When required by law or a competent authority

AppField will never sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

We implement reasonable technical, administrative and physical security measures consistent with the current state of technology, in order to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or destruction.

However, no security system is completely infallible. AppField does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not eventually be able to overcome such measures. Consequently, we will not be liable for unauthorized access that occurs despite having implemented the described measures, unless such access is directly attributable to our gross negligence.

We recommend keeping your access credentials confidential and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
