Do my technicians need training to use the app?

No. The mobile app was designed to be intuitive from first use. Most technicians start operating on the same day without any formal training. We also offer support materials to help you during onboarding.

Does it work without internet in the field?

Yes. Technicians can check their orders and log progress without a connection. Data syncs automatically when they regain signal.

Is it only available on Android?

The mobile app for technicians is available on Android and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. The administration and supervision panel works on any web browser, so it can be used from any device including iPhone, iPad or PC.

Is the app available in English?

Yes. Both the mobile app and the web panel support English. You can switch the language from your account settings.

Are there any long-term contracts?

No. AppField is month-to-month, with no contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel anytime without penalties.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can switch plans whenever you need. If your team grows, you can upgrade without losing any data or configuration.

Can I have more than 30 technicians?

Yes. If your team exceeds 30 users, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll design a custom plan for your operation.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is yours. If you decide to cancel, you can export all your information before your account is deactivated.

Are prices in USD?

Prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN). As a reference, Starter is approximately $110 USD/month, Professional ~$200 USD/month and Enterprise ~$278 USD/month. The USD equivalent may vary slightly with exchange rates.

Is there a blog or resources in English?
